The National Committee Members consists of Seven founder visionary National Members have worked on this project since last 3-4 years and working tirelessly to bring all practicing investigators under one umbrella body called “UNIVERSAL INVESTIGATORS WELFARE ASSOCIATION” The National Members have invested their time, effort and resources on bring all the practicing Investigators and to obtain statutory and legal structure of Association. The Committee board has decided to register the Association under Society Act U/s 1860., as it has got more authentication than any other form of registration and is under central government act.
Adv. Manoj Dixit
(National President)
Adv. Manoj Dixit (LLM, PGDFS) is one of the Founder Member & National Presidents Of Universal Investigators Welfare Association ®has initiated the idea with this association with his fellow Members. He is renowned practitioner of private investigation and acquired huge experience and knowledge through practice through past 18 years. His main objective is to develop good relationship and unity among investigators fraternity across the county, also protect the investigator fraternity from insecurities of losing works, working towards welfare of investigator fraternity.
Adv. Vikramraaj Pimprikar
(National Secretary)
Adv. Vikramraaj Pimprikar is one of the Founder Member & National Secretary of Universal Investigators Welfare Association and the Former Director and PRO of Association of Investigators and Detectives has initiated the idea with this association with his fellow Members. He is renowned practitioner of Private Investigation and acquired huge experience and knowledge through practice for the past two decades. His goal is upskill & regulate the member Investigators across India with a set of code of conduct. Based on various training programs the investigator can tone their skill sets and nuances of various methods to mitigate the losses and minimizing the liability of Insurance Sector, Banking Sector, IT Sector and other service industry for well-being of economic activity of our country.
Mr.Satish Chikane
(National Treasurer)
Satish Chikane is one of the Founder Member & National Treasurer of Universal Investigators Welfare Association ®has initiated the knowledge with this association with his fellow Members. He is renowned practitioner of private investigation and acquired huge experience and knowledge through practice for the past 15 years. His vision is to become a chain of investigators across India serving the corporate sector. For that, he wants to setup a single platform for all the investigator brothers throughout India to come together.
Mr.Gokulram
(National Vice President)
Gokulram R J one of the Founder Member & National Vice President of Universal Investigators Welfare Association has initiated the knowledge with this association with his fellow Members. Who is an Insurance Claims Consultant, Entrepreneur, Techno-Legal practitioner, Trainer/Coach for over 30 years of rich qualitative experience in Life & Non-Life Insurance Investigation of Claims, and Forensic Science Expert, has been actively participating in various seminars & training for the investigation fraternity with a motive to make the investigation sector a government-recognized body.
Mr. Deepak Kulkarni
(National Joint Secretary)
Mr. Deepak Kulkarni is one of the Founder Member & National Joint Secretary of Universal Investigators Welfare Association has initiated the knowledge with this association with his fellow Members. Who is certified Private Investigator from National Institute of Private Investigation, New Delhi, also he is associated with “Worldwide” Investigator Organization. His main intention is to unite all types of Investigators under one statutory organization and generate smooth functioning for getting the bill passed by the Government Department for all types Private Investigators by which trained, skillful and intelligence people among the fraternity shall contribute their services to our Nation as well as our profession.
Mr.Vijayendra Karvi

Mr. Vijayendra Karvi is one of the Founder Member & National Committee Member of Universal Investigators Welfare Association has initiated the knowledge with this association with his fellow Members. For the last ten years he has been practicing in Insurance Sectors as a Claim Investigator in the Motor, Non-Motor, and Life & Non-Life. While working it was realized that India has a good numbers of Investigators but they need a good platform to guide them, so, I will try to bring them together through this association.

He is a seasoned Investigation enthusiast with acumen in the realm of Investigation and Security; He is Curiosity personified and has immense interest in Criminology, fact finding and allied subjects, He is always seeking to update himself with and share latest information and application on the subject. A person who is always eager to study on the current developments in the Risk Analysis and mitigation methods as applied in the context of Business and Industry.
In addition to his having experience as an investigator and Security personnel. He has the privilege of dealing with many reputed clients that includes major companies and Nationalized Banks. He has also mentored a Marketing team of 18 members for ethical promotion of Nutraceutical and Pharmaceutical brands.
